Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.


Shipping Methods & Compliance

Opulence L’or products contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

As a result:

  • All fragrances ship via Ground Shipping Only
  • Expedited air shipping is not available
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment

We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage where permitted.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply to U.S. ground shipments only.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to hazardous material regulations:

  • We may not ship to certain PO Boxes
  • Air freight shipping is prohibited
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have restrictions or longer delivery times

If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified and refunded.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Opulence L’or is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

We recommend selecting signature confirmation for high-value orders.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of packaging and product

We will review and determine eligibility for replacement.
