RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.


Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unopened
  • The original cellophane wrapping is intact
  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery

Returned items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Damaged products not reported within 48 hours
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an unopened item and place a new order.


Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos
  • We will correct the issue at no additional cost
